Your preparation roadmap
This is a bird's-eye view of the journey between enrollment and departure - it will get more specific as Premier Tours finalizes the itinerary and traveler requirements.
It doesn't replace instructions in your official Premier Tours traveler account once one exists - for anything involving deadlines, documentation, payments, or requirements, Premier Tours will remain the source of truth.
Finalizing the details
Premier Tours is finalizing the itinerary, pricing, and enrollment process. As soon as those are confirmed, families will be notified and this page will be updated.
Get comfortable with your Premier Tours account
Review enrollment information and payment plans, look through travel protection options, and get familiar with the itinerary once it's live.
Final preparation
Confirm travel documentation, group expectations, packing guidance, and any remaining Premier Tours requirements. Specific instructions will come from the official source once available.
This is the exciting part
Double-check the essentials, finish packing, ask the questions you still have, and get ready to experience New York City together.
Some lessons simply can't be taught inside four classroom walls.
Experiencing a major city for the first time. Navigating public transit and busy streets. Trying new foods. Seeing world-famous sights in person instead of on a screen. Discovering that the world is both much bigger and much more connected than they imagined.
We'll certainly see incredible sights throughout New York City, but what we hope our seniors bring home is much more than photographs - greater confidence, strengthened friendships, and a memory to close out their high school years.

Learn through experience
History, culture, and city life come alive when students experience them firsthand rather than simply reading about them.
Build confidence
Students become more independent and adaptable as they successfully navigate a new city in a supportive environment.
Strengthen friendships
Travel has a remarkable way of bringing people together - a fitting send-off with classmates before graduation.
Create lifelong memories
The lights of Times Square. The skyline. The last big trip together before everyone goes their own way. Those are the moments that stay with us.
The greatest souvenir students bring home isn't something they packed in a suitcase.
For many students this will be a first big-city trip without their families. Our hope is that it becomes a memory they carry with them long after graduation.
We're not just joining a tour. We're traveling as a community.
We'll travel alongside classmates, friends, and trusted chaperones as one community. By the time we return home, we hope you won't just remember the sights we saw - you'll remember the people you experienced them with.
Familiar faces traveling with you
Our chaperone team includes Mr. Rubin, Mrs. Eaton, Mrs. Ruark, and Mr. Ruark, with a nurse on site as well. Mrs. Ruark has spent nearly two decades working with students and families as a school counselor. We'll all be traveling right alongside our group from our first meeting until we arrive safely back home.
An experienced tour operator
Premier Tours handles the logistics that keep a group trip running smoothly - transportation, lodging, timing, and anything unexpected - so we can focus on the experience.
Value a family can't buy on its own
Traveling as a group is what puts transportation, lodging, and group experiences into one price - a combination that's difficult to assemble on your own.
A meaningful send-off
Years from now the details will blur, but our seniors will still remember who they explored the city with, right before heading into the next chapter of their lives.
One of our favorite parts of this page hasn't happened yet.
After we return home, this page becomes a place where our group can look back on the sights we explored, the friendships we strengthened, and the memories we created together.
Because while every journey eventually ends, the connections we make often last a lifetime.
We believe families deserve complete transparency.
This trip is hosted by the chaperone team - Mr. Rubin, Mrs. Eaton, Mrs. Ruark, and Mr. Ruark, along with a nurse on site - in partnership with Premier Tours. Official enrollment, payments, travel policies, travel protection, transportation logistics, and tour operations will be administered directly by Premier Tours once available.
Our arrangements are covered through the tour's chaperone structure. We don't receive commissions, stipends, or any additional compensation for leading this experience - we volunteer because student travel builds confidence, strengthens friendships, and creates memories students carry long after they return home.
Student educational tours like this one are not run through Giving Magic Travel agency and are separate from Custom Travel Planning and Pre-Planned Trips as planned by Giving Magic With Steph.
